The following Transat Group PACKAGE rates (flights, room & transfers) are based on availability; please contact Carine Taylor to confirm space.

Important Dates:

Upon Booking = Deposits of $300 per person are due 

Sept 29, 2017 = Final balance is due

We have filled our group space on June 2nd, so our rates have changed.  New rates to be advised on a case-by-case basis and space is subject to availability on the flights and at the hotel.

Space on the flights and at the resort is based on availability and as such rates are subject to change if the space should become full.

Please note:

• Governmental taxes do fluctuate frequently and may be adjusted by Transat at any time
• If the Resort becomes a "stop sell" - ie, it sells out, then Transat will require all final payments immediately.
• Group rates are only valid if we maintain a minimum of 10 passengers booked.... if our guest count falls below 10, then Transat will adjust the prices already paid to the current rates, so there is a possibility of substantial price increases. 

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policies:

1. Forty-five (45) days or more prior to departure:  the applicable deposit paid is non-refundable.
2. Twenty-two (22) to forty-four (44) days prior to departure:   50% of the total cost, including taxes, fees and service charges, per person, is non-refundable.
3. Twenty-one (21) days or less prior to departure:  100% of total cost, including taxes, fees and service charges, per person, is non-refundable

Change of Departure and/or Return Date:

1. Change of departure date:  The passengers may be excluded from the group.  Brochure prices and conditions will then apply.
2. Change of return date prior to departure: May result in additional fees and surcharges for either the air or land portion. Please consult with your group sales agent for rates and fees.
3. Change of return date after departure:  The passengers must comply with the conditions and prices of the brochure.  Please consult the local representative for rates and fees. 

Other Changes / Name Changes / Document Re-Issues

Name changes are on a request basis only and will be subject to administration fees as detailed below. Please note that hotel restrictions and or conditions apply, and requests may be denied if the hotel is on a stop sell status.  ALL changes after booking will incur a $20 administration fee per person / per change plus the following:   

1. Up to 45 days prior to departure = if permitted, name changes can occur without extra charge.
2. 44 days to 21 days prior to departure = if permitted, name changes are $100.00 per change.    
3. 20 days to 8 days prior to departure = if permitted, name changes are $200.00 per change.   
4. Within 7 days of departure = not permitted.  Changes are considered a cancellation and will be treated as such at 100% penalty (ie. complete forfeiture of vacation cost).
